838jili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 838jili reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to return funds to the originating payment method at its sole discretion.

Processing times for bank transfers may vary. 838jili does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or other third parties.
838jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
The 838jili Loyalty Program rewards consistent players with points, cashback, free spins, and other benefits. Loyalty Program terms are governed by the specific Loyalty Program terms and conditions available on the Loyalty Program page. Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

838jili is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections, device failures, or other technical issues on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs during an active game round, the game will be resolved according to the game provider's rules, and the result will be binding.

The 838jili name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 838jili. You may not use any 838jili trademark without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 838jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 838jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
838jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 838jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
838jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
838jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
You may request the closure of your 838jili account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to closure.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 838jili reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month on inactive accounts with a remaining balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice after the inactivity period.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
838jili operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with 838jili may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
